Adele is recovering from the throat surgery that caused her to cancel the last leg of her North American tour, and the singer is looking much slimmer.
In a photo posted on the 23-year-old's Twitter page, the British songstress is noticeably slimmer, and she looks great! Not to say that she didn't look great before, because in all honesty Adele is beautiful at any size, but according to a source the weight loss was planned. "She’s desperate to be fit for the Grammy's and be back singing as soon as possible," said the source.
Now that the operation is complete, Adele is said to be looking for a new residence in the West Sussex area of England, away from polution and smog (which is probably best for her vocal chords). She's also the singer to beat at this year's Grammy's, snagging a total of six nods, including the coveted Album of the Year trophy.
The 54th annual Grammy Awards air live on CBS Sunday, Feb. 12 at p.m. EST.
