Former Assistant Sues Lady Gaga, Claims 7,000 Hours In Unpaid Overtime

A former personal assistant of Ladys Gaga's is suing the music superstar for being humiliated as a human being...oh and loads of unpaid overtime.

Jennifer O'Neill, 41, worked with Gaga for 13 months in which she claims to have pretty much been a slave for the singer. Among O'Neill's job duties included acting as a "personal alarm clock," to Gaga "with no breaks for meals or, at times, even sleep," and being available to hand her a "towel following a shower." Riveting stuff.

In short O'Neill says that she is owed $380,000, for more than 7,000 hours of unpaid overtime. At the time of her employ, O'Neill took home a salary of $75,000 per yer, and is not seeking retribution from Gaga herself, but the company she uses, Mermaid Touring Company.

A rep for the singer says that the suit is "completely without merit."
